Job Description
Perform the monthly group consolidation process
Prepare and review reconciliations for group equity
Partner with the actuarial team to provide explanations and insights on group results
Execute monthly group eliminations
Deliver monthly reporting on Group accounts
Collaborate with legal entities to stack up numbers across the Group
Draft and review reports for management and external stakeholders
Support the audit process and liaise with auditors
Assist in the preparation of Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
Contribute to the automation journey, helping streamline consolidation and reporting processes
Skills & Experience:
Strong technical knowledge in group reporting and consolidation
Prior experience in the insurance industry – HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS
Skilled in preparing reports and working with multiple stakeholders across finance, actuarial, and audit teams
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high-volume consolidations efficiently
A proactive mindset, with a passion for process improvement and automation
Qualification:
CA / CGMA or similar designation OR completed degree with honours and solid experience
