Nelspruit: Creditors Clerk

Minimum requirements: Grade 12 any additional financial qualification would be a benefit Experience with entering, maintaining and reconciling monthly creditor’s invoices and statements Experience with preparations of cheque requisitions and processes payments to creditors Experience with compiling and maintains accounts payable records by checking and approving vouchers for payment Experience with preparing invoice deduction notices, as necessary Experience with answering all vendor inquiries Experience with analysing vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted Experience with all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files Experience with preparing analysis of accounts, as required and assists in monthly closings Fluent in Afrikaans and English Own vehicle and valid driver’s license Consultant: Anna-Belle Ehrke – Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
