Minimum Qualifications Matric Certificate. RE5 qualification. FAIS compliance (e.g., NQF5 in Wealth Management). Minimum Experience At least 2 years proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets in a call centre environment. Insurance or financial services industry experience will be advantageous. Skills & Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing ability. Results-driven, with proven resilience in a high-pressure environment. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Professional, client-focused, and able to work independently and in a team. Remuneration Basic salary: R12 000 per month. Plus commission.
