We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Wine Steward to join our team and enhance the wine journey for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Curate and manage the wine list, with a strong focus on local Stellenbosch and South African wines. Guide guests with confidence in selecting wine pairings to complement their meals. Ensure proper storage, stock rotation, and presentation of wines. Conduct wine service with elegance and attention to detail. Assist in training the service team on wine knowledge and recommendations. Requirements: A strong passion for wine and food pairing. Formal wine training or certification (WSET, Cape Wine Academy, or similar) advantageous. Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant or similar environment.
