You will ensure compliance with billing regulations, assist patients with financial queries, and play a vital role in supporting the hospitals financial sustainability.RequirementsGrade 12 or equivalent (finance or admin qualification advantageous).Minimum 2 years experience in a private healthcare billing environment.Strong knowledge of medical aid schemes and COID processes.Experience with Trimmed Systems or other billing systems.Understanding of ICD-10 and procedural coding advantageous.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
