Paint Retailer based in Hoedspruit is looking for a reliable Driver / Sales Assistant The suitable candidate will combine delivery driver duties and act as a retail sales representative, travel to customers to sell and deliver products ; or deliver orders to clients and enhances their relationship with the business. This position requires a valid driver’s license ; strong sales and customer service skills; excellent organizational abilities and building business relationships. Duties: The “sales” component involves more than just delivery; it includes actively generating new sales, managing customer relationships and increasing business. The “driver” part involves the safe and prompt delivery of products to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction with the delivery process. Building and maintaining strong, trustworthy relationships with customers is a key responsibility, ensuring repeat business. Requirements Grade 12 will be an advantage Knowledge of paint & hardware will be an advantage Experience in a retail environment essential A valid Code 10 driver’s license & PDP Proven experience in sales & retail environment. Strong communication and persuasive skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills for deliveries and sales activities. The ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
