Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Arrange regular meetings with clients to review their financial plans and goals.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain consistent and ongoing client communication.

 Financial Planning Support:

  • Collaborate with financial planners to create and update client financial plans.
  • Compile client documents and summaries for portfolio management.
  • Compile and distribute documentation on request.
  • Generate client plans and portfolios.

 Client Onboarding:

    • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
    • Gather and verify client information and documentation.
    • Collecting and maintaining client records and information
    • Set up client accounts and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.

 Client Retention:

    • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
    • Implement strategies to retain clients and enhance their loyalty.

 Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements.
    • Generating and completing of needs internal and external agreements and documentation
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
    • Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
    • Adhere to all company processes and policies

 Systems

    • Maintenance and uploading of client records and profiles on a continuous basis.
    • Maintaining of system information
    • Maintain system integrity and security

 Additional Responsibilities:

  • Attend training sessions as required to stay updated on industry practices and regulations.
  • Handle inbound and outbound telephone communications professionally.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Adhere to all company processes and policies to ensure smooth operations.
