This role is ideal for a candidate with a solid accounting foundation who is eager to grow in a supportive and professional environment.RequirementsMatric with Accounting or Mathematics.Bookkeeping or Accounting certificate/diploma (NQF Level 4/5).12 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (internship/clerical work acceptable).Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Pastel.Strong understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, trial balance).Excellent command of MS Excel and Word.High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Duties Capturing and processing invoices.Performing bank reconciliations.Managing petty cash and assisting with payroll.Maintaining ledgers and preparing trial balances.Assisting with VAT, PAYE, and other statutory submissions.Filing and maintaining accurate financial records.Supporting accountants with financial reporting and analysis.Additional InformationOffice-based, Monday to Friday.Must be professional, reliable, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
