Job Description
A well established Accounting Firm, based in Montana Pretoria is looking for an eager Administrator to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Submission of CIPC Annual Returns
- Submission of Beneficial Ownership Register (BOR) reports
- Payroll processing
- Basic bookkeeping (Pastel knowledge would be an advantage)
- Filing and general administrative duties
- Collating information from clients
- Loading eFiling returns and payments
- Client follow-ups and calls
- Computer literate: Word; Excel; Email
- Eager to learn
- Own Transport – Willing to go to clients; fetch and deliver books from clients etc. [We will reimburse travel costs].
Lives in Pretoria preferably.
Qualifications & Experience:
– Administration Experience
– Interest in the Accounting field
– Attention to detail
