ProStaffSelect are in search of a SENIOR CDP Hot & COLD Section for the a la carte restaurant to be able to run his / her own section during service on this brigade of 11 chefs. REQUIREMENTS Formal cheffing qualification At least 4 years experience in a HIGH-PROFILE fine dining kitchen Strong knowledge and skill working with fish and meat, veg and sauces Excellent plating skills and refined attention to detail Able to collaborate with other team members for EFFICIENCY & SPEED Effective communication skills in ENGLISH needed when serving guests at the from the chefs station on the terrace
