is assisting an Eatery & Deli situated in a lifestyle estate in Langebaan to recruit an experienced We are seeking a professional and service-driven Front of House Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. The successful candidate will act as the vital link between the service team and the kitchen, ensuring smooth communication, efficient workflow, and consistently high standards of presentation and service. The role requires an individual with a strong sense of hospitality, excellent people skills, and the ability to lead by example. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for supervising the service team, handling guest relations, coordinating with the culinary team, and maintaining the welcoming and professional atmosphere that defines the property. Requirements • A minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory or management position within an upmarket restaurant, deli, or hospitality environment • Proven ability to manage a service team, lead by example, and maintain high levels of morale and professionalism • Strong guest relations skills with a natural ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs in a warm and efficient manner • Excellent communication and coordination skills to ensure effective collaboration between front and back of house • Confidence in overseeing daily service operations, including table management and service flow. • A proactive and hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail and presentation • Composure under pressure with the ability to handle challenges calmly and professionally • Strong organisational and time-management abilities with a commitment to maintaining consistent service standards • Experience in training and mentoring service staff to uphold brand and service expectations • Previous exposure to opening or pre-opening environments would be advantageous Start Date – 1 Dec 2025 Salary – On application Although we appreciate all applications, only candidates who meet the required experience and background criteria will be contacted.
