- Matric
- Valid Driver’s License
- 2 years’ experience in the sales environment
- Strong communication, analytical and problem solving
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure as needed
- Detail oriented, strong organisational skills, and high degree of accuracy
DUTIES:
- Report to the Managing Director
- Present and sell company products and services to potential clients
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
- Phoning and making appointments with a wide network of new clients
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Identify sales prospects
- Establish solid relationships within the building, architecture and construction industry
- Identify and resolve client concerns
- Manage quotations
- Negotiate pricing
- Closing of sales successfully
- Follow-up for collection of payment
Salary: Basic plus commission, dependent on experience
