Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reconciliations, reporting, and trial balance preparation
- Oversee property-related accounts and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare management reports and assist with audits and budgets
- Work confidently on MDA Property Management System
- Analyse financial data and support process improvements
Requirements
- BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification
- Completed SAIPA Articles + 2–3 years post-articles experience, or 4–5 years in property accounting
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
- Experience on MDA is essential
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
