INTERNATIONAL SPA & WELLNESS THERAPIES (INTERNSHIP) PRIVATE HOTEL GROUP – INDIA & MALDIVES START: ASAP / November 2025 (Visa pending) TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS Monday – Sunday Flexible times & times off REPORT TO: Spa Manager EMPLOYMENT TERMS: 1-YEAR fixed-term internship (based operationally at either of our properties in India OR Maldives) SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS: USD $450 – USD $570 per month (Based on skills) SALARY Meals on duty per shift Shared company accommodation provided (room share with 1 other person in a furnished 2 bedroom flat) Company transport from accommodation to hotel Recruitment Flight Business Visa Basic Medical Cover Induction training in Maldives MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: South African citizen with valid Passport for traveling CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation DIPLOMA Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology Must be able to commit to a 1-year contract in either or both, India & Maldives – at our luxury 5-star Hotels Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back Beautifully groomed and looking the part of a 5-star therapist KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Confident and skilled in all standard SPA, BEAUTY & SKIN CARE services (Massage, Facials, Body Scrub & Body Wrap) Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision Ability to work in luxury environment with high-end clients from around the world
