Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities in the material handling sector.
- Provide product training and support to clients.
