Minimum skills and experience required:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a travel consultant
• Diploma or N6 qualification in tourism or related field
• Proficient in GDS systems – Amadeus and Galileo
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings efficiently
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodation, and transfers
• Provide expert advice on travel options and destinations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and partners
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, quotations, and client information
• Keep up to date with travel regulations, promotions, and industry trends
