We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager. This role is focused on driving sales within the corporate, government, and TMC sectors, with a strong emphasis on both new business acquisition and client retention. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar hotel sales role, with a proven ability to thrive in a competitive, high-pressure environment. This position offers exciting opportunities for growth, especially with the expansion of projects across Southern Africa. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share in key segments. · Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and TMC clients. · Drive business into Cape Town-based hotels and cross-sell across sister properties in South Africa. · Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets. · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction. · Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. · Represent the hotel group at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings. Requirements: · Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel sales or a similar hospitality sales role. · Strong understanding of the hotel industry and B2B sales dynamics. · Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. · Innovative, adaptable, and focused on delivering results under pressure.
