Stellenbosch: Office Manager

Our client, a global trading company with offices in South Africa, is seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of their local operations. This is a key support role requiring strong administrative, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations to ensure an efficient and professional working environment. • Coordinate all travel arrangements, including local and international flights, accommodation, and visa applications. • Manage supplier relationships, including cleaning, security, maintenance, and office services. • Supervise support staff, ensuring that the office remains neat, safe, and well maintained. • Handle office lease management, liaising with landlords and service providers as required. • Oversee vehicle and fleet management, including servicing, insurance, and licence renewals. • Manage procurement of office equipment, supplies, and consumables. • Monitor and manage budgets, invoices, and petty cash. • Support senior management with administrative and operational needs. Requirements • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in office management or senior administrative roles. • Proven experience in corporate travel bookings and supplier management. • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Reliable, discreet, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
