Role Requirements Qualifications – Bachelors Degree in Business Management or a related field (NQF 7 minimum, NQF 8 preferred). Experience – 810 years of managerial experience in retail or fuel operations (QSR or forecourt environment advantageous). – Proven success in managing multi-functional retail operations with financial and compliance oversight. – Strong understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance within the fuel and retail sectors. Technical Skills – Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. – Experience using in-house operational systems and site management tools. – Strong financial acumen and analytical ability. – Excellent planning, organisational, and project management skills.
