About the Role

As General Manager of our luxury lodge in Zimbabwe’s untamed wilderness, you will be instrumental in delivering an immersive safari experience that combines refined hospitality with the raw beauty of nature. You will oversee all operational departments, ensuring seamless guest journeys and driving both financial performance and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily lodge operations across all departments
  • Ensure consistent delivery of luxury guest experiences
  • Maintain brand standards across accommodation, dining, and guest areas
  • Monitor service delivery and implement operational improvements
