Hermanus: Part-Time Bookkeeper

Role: Part Time Bookkeeper (3 mornings per week) Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape Salary: TBC About the role: Youll maintain books up to trial balance, handle VAT submissions, and process EMP201 and EMP501 returns. The ideal person is methodical, organised, and works with precision. Requirements: Proven experience in bookkeeping up to trial balance Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 Pastel Express and Sage VIP Payroll Working knowledge of EMP201 and EMP501 Experience with VAT submissions Basic knowledge of Platinum software will be an advantage but not essential Excellent attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality Strong work ethic and long-term mindset This is a part-time position (3 mornings per week) and would suit someone who enjoys consistency, accuracy, and a professional working environment.
