Job Description
- Lead, motivate, and manage the new vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive volume and profitability.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, customer trends, and market activity.
- Manage stock levels, pricing, and vehicle display standards.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience through professional service and consistent follow-ups.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize dealership performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Results-oriented with a strategic and proactive approach.
- Valid driver’s license and a clear track record.
