• Prepare and analyze cost reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and control manufacturing or operational costs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual and standard costs, identifying key drivers and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to optimize cost structures and profitability.
• Maintain accurate cost accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations related to inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Develop and implement cost control systems and process improvements.
• Support internal and external audits with required cost and inventory documentation.
• Provide management with detailed cost analysis reports and actionable insights.
• Participate in budgeting and long-term financial planning activity 

This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• com degree in accounting
• CIMA in progress
• 7 years relevant manufacturing experience
• SAP
