• Diploma / Degree in accounting will be advantageous
• Experience in a manufactuirng environment is essential
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Excel
• Translate financial information onto graphs and other reporting tools
• Knowledge of an ERP system is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly reports as required by Line Manager
• Prepare monthly financial information for EXCO packs
• Prepare monthly journals and balance sheet recons, to be reviewed Line Manager
• Assist with forecast cash flows & budget information
• Reconciliations
• Maintain fixed asset registers of allocated entities
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc payments
• Assist with financial information for all reports
• Assist with debt collection process
• Assist Line Manager with annual external audit
• Assist with other financial functions as and when required
• Review cashbook entries and allocations
• Maintain fixed assets register (Syspro and Excel)
• Assist with the preparation of cash flows
• Assist with annual/year-end and internal audits and assist with compiling audit packs
• Assist Financial Manager with preparation of final yearly budgets
• Maintain the WIP and GRN suspense accounts to aid creditors reporting
• Assist Financial Manager in preparing tax calculations and submissions & ensure compliance with local and international regulations
• Prepare monthly reports (fixed asset, cash flows and net cash reports)
• Assist with sales forecast reports for the month
• Assist with EXCO packs preparation
• Compile branch accounts for branches
• Maintain IFRS16 schedules and raise journals for buildings and Ricoh
• Prepare salary journals for the month
• Maintain income received in advance schedules
