Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bank reconciliations, debtors, and creditors.
• Process payment requests, supplier invoices, and journals.
• Manage salary processing using systems similar to SimplePay.
• Capture and process financial transactions accurately and timeously.
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance and completeness.
• Assist with forex transactions and payments (advantageous).
• Support the Accountant with financial reporting and month-end duties.
• Provide general financial administration as required.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Matric (Grade 12) essential.
• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance.
• Experience in a bookkeeping or financial admin role.
• Proficiency in Xero (essential).
• Experience with a payroll system similar to SimplePay.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and time management ability.
• Forex experience advantageous.
• Able to start in December (preferred).
