Sandton: Master Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities: – Greet customers and assess their service requirements – Accurately capture customer concerns and translate them into repair orders – Provide technical advice and explain recommended repairs and maintenance – Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure efficient job scheduling and workflow – Maintain communication with customers regarding job progress and costs – Prepare quotations and obtain customer authorizations – Conduct final checks and ensure vehicles meet quality standards before delivery – Upsell additional products or services where appropriate – Handle warranty claims and liaise with OEM representatives as required – Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with dealership policies Requirements: – Minimum 35 years of experience as a Service Advisor (Master or Senior level preferred) – Strong technical background and understanding of vehicle systems – Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills – Experience in a dealership environment (premium brand experience advantageous) – Proficient in dealership management systems (Kerridge, Automate, or similar) – Valid drivers license
