Midrand: HR Manager

Minimum requirements: HR-related qualification (Degree or Diploma) Minimum 45 years HR generalist/management experience Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EE Act) Proven experience with CCMA, disciplinary, and grievance procedures End-to-end recruitment and onboarding experience Proficiency in HR/payroll systems such as Payspace Experience with performance management and employee development tracking Familiarity with BBBEE and Employment Equity reporting processes Ability to liaise effectively with auditors, external consultants, and management Valid drivers licence and own transport (since the role involves field staff and site coordination) Consultant: RJ Jeftha – Dante Personnel Greenstone
