🔑 Key Responsibilities Conduct data modelling, operational reporting, and performance analysis across departments. Perform process and systems reviews , document findings, and propose optimisation strategies. Support change management initiatives to embed efficiency and accountability. Partner with business units to evaluate productivity, profitability, and risk . Prepare and present executive-level insights to guide strategic decision-making. Client Service & IT: Improve engagement frameworks and system integration. 👤 About You Qualified CA(SA) essential . Ideally Newly Qualified or with up to 2 years post-article experience . Alternatively, a strong Audit Manager ready for a first move into commerce. Highly analytical , commercially aware , and eager to understand how business operations drive results. A self-starter who enjoys solving problems and driving performance improvement . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
