Compliance Administrator – REMOTE

Our UK financial services client is looking for Compliance Administrators with UK experience.

MUST HAVE UK Experience in COMPLIANCE – REMOTE

Position Type: 6 months fixed term contract. Must be able to start immediately or soonest

Salary up to R 25000pm

Position Type: Remote position

Working hours: 37.5 hours per working week primarily during UK office hours 9:00am to 5:00 pm (11am to 7pm SA Time). Additional hours will be required as may be necessary for the proper performance of your duties and you will be expected to accept positively to such requests.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12, with Business, legal or compliance qualification

2-3+ years experience as Compliance coordinator or compliance administrator

UK compliance experience

Vetting of documentation / KYC / AML

Data entry and maintenance of database

Key responsibilities:

Dealing with incoming and outgoing email correspondence

Reliable and accessible first point of contact

Support all administration requirements for the team

Create and maintain client data records

Entering client applications into third party websites and internal computer systems

Data entry and maintenance of databases
