ResponsibilitiesTrain, supervise and evaluate front office staff to ensure adherence to all Company policies and standardsManage the front office team, concierge and portersEnsuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for guestsCoordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service deliveryMonitoring stock and ordering office supplies, including stationery and information leafletsPreparing daily/ weekly/monthly management reports on customer feedback, bookings and cancellationsReview arrival report daily and prepare revenue and occupancy forecastingPromptly follow up any lead received by the events or reservations departmentMonitor and coordinate group rooming lists, check-ins, check-outs, and any other activities with the Sales Department and Room Divisions ManagerCoordinating room reservations and ensuring accurate and efficient booking proceduresMaintain friendly relations with commercial clients and make appointments to visit at least a minimum of 5 corporate/commercial clients monthlyEnforcing all cash handling procedures, reconcile daily transactions, ensure in billing and invoicing processesRequirementsThis is a live-in position at Kedar Heritage LodgeMatric Hospitality Management Qualification 2-3 Years Front Office management experienceExperience with the Innkeeper (Cimso) accounting software Computer literate with MS Office Financial acumen and budget management skillsDrivers License
