Africa Moja Tours & Safaris, a leading tour operator specializing in African safaris, cultural experiences, and tailor-made travel packages, is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Tour Consultant to join our dynamic team.The ideal Candidate Must have the below qualifications Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or Hospitality.Minimum 23 years experience in a tour operator or travel agency environment.Strong knowledge of South African and Southern African destinations.Excellent communication and writing skills in English (additional languages advantageous).Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with tour booking systems (e.g., Tourplan, Wetu, Safari Portal) preferred.Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.Sales-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
