Job Description
Key responsibilities
• Assist in managing and sorting out the sales reporting for the UC Division
• Previous experience essential
• Handling incoming and outgoing mails
• Answer telephones
• Schedule appointments (external and internal)
• Draft reports
• Edit correspondence
• Maintain database and filing systems
• Provide high-level admin support
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in Administrator role
• Financial Background
• Knowledge of what GP, Lines of Business etc. is
• Proficient in Excel (up to Vlookup level)
• Able to work independently
