- Technical certification ie: Trade Tested Foundry Moulder
- Experience in sand moulding
- Knowledge of foundry processes and equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Physical stamina and strength
- Attention to detail and quality control skills
- Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues
- Minimum 10 years previous experience in a jobbing foundry
