As a Campaign Manager, you will be at the center of that process setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, and constantly refining strategies.Key responsibilitiesBuild and launch campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.Manage budgets, bids, targeting, and creative testing.Monitor campaign data daily to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.Conduct A/B testing to identify winning strategies.Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop effective ad creatives.Compile performance reports and share actionable insights with client-facing teams.Stay up to date with digital advertising best practices, policies, and platform changes.Skills and qualities we valueAnalytical thinking: You must be comfortable working with numbers, data sets, and performance dashboards.Attention to detail: A single wrong setting in a campaign can waste budget.
