Job Description

Sales & Supply Chain Administrator – N/Subs firm needs an experience person in Sales Administration, supply chain and client liaison

Report to: Manager
Seniority Level: Mid Career (2 – 4 yrs exp)
Region: Western Cape
Location: CPT – Northern Suburbs
Type: Permanent
Qualifications: – Matric

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Administrator: Maintain sales records, generate reports
  • Internal Sales: Handle internal sales inquiries
  • Sales Order: Process sales orders, monitor delivery status
  • Supply Chain Co-ordinator: Coordinate supply chain activities
  • Sales – Coordinator: Support sales team, ensure customer satisfaction

Sectors: Sales and Marketing, Logistics, Warehouse & Supply Chain / Plastics / Technical products / Agri
Skills Required: Capture sales, Liaise with Clients – Incoming calls, Coordinate supply chain and deliveries, Verify product availability
