Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in a Business Analyst role, preferably in agile environments.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of business process modelling and requirements elicitation techniques.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
