Job Description
As an HR Administrator, youll play a central role in ensuring the smooth execution of key HR processes across the employee lifecycle. From onboarding and benefits coordination to compliance and employee engagement, youll be the go-to support for day-to-day operations within a fast-paced and people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee records with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality

Prepare employment documentation including contracts, confirmation letters, and policy updates
-
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics including welcome packs, system access, and exit checklists
-
Capture and verify HR data and ensure systems are up to date
-
Schedule probation reviews, training interventions, and general follow-ups
-
Advertise vacancies, coordinate interviews, and conduct reference checks
-
Prepare offer letters and track recruitment activity
-
Assist with orientation logistics and induction planning
-
Support the administration of employee benefits and wellness programmes
-
Assist employees with benefit queries and documentation
-
Ensure employee files and documentation meet audit and legal requirements
-
Maintain data integrity across HR records and systems
-
Coordinate internal engagement activities, wellness events, and recognition programmes
-
Assist with the logistics and coordination of disciplinary, grievance, or counselling sessions
Requirements:
-
Matric (Grade 12)
-
2+ years experience in an HR administrative or support role
-
Solid knowledge of HR practices and legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, Skills Development Act)
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-
Experience using HR platforms or HRIS is advantageous
