Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and enhance production and packaging processes for efficiency and quality.
• Support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Collect, analyze, and visualize manufacturing data to support decision-making.
• Assist in drafting SOPs, process maps, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
• Present process improvement ideas and participate in strategic projects.

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

• BEng / BSc Industrial Engineering
• 0–2 years’ experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Lean principles or process optimization.
