• Achievement of daily HVAC sales / profit targets.
• To ensure that the company’s image is maintained and promoted within the market.
• Liaison with existing customers/suppliers in a manner in which would further promote the profitability of the branch.
• Provide continuous market intelligence to management.
• To provide customers with pre & after sales technical support with respect to products.
• Quoting of Air-conditioning and other HVAC products
• To focus on the long-term growth and profitability of the branch and achieve budgets as agreed with the General Manager.
• To build sound relationships with quality customers to facilitate the longer-term growth in the order book of the Branch.
• To work closely with our contractor base to source large project enquiries and convert it into sales.
• To assist with Stock take, Inventory Counts, Branch Admin and other duties that will be assigned from time to time.
• SHEQ Compliance.
• Compliance with relevant EH&S obligations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years air-conditioning sales experience
• Broad knowledge and experience of the air-conditioning Industry and market
• A self-starter with a pro-active/driven personality
• Excellent skills in planning and organising
• Demonstrated ability to learn and self-develop
• Possession of the necessary business acumen for the position
• General technical knowledge of air-conditioning
