Johannesburg: D365 Senior Project Manager (Financial Module)

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, operations, IT, and external vendors. Manage budget, risk, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery. Facilitate requirements gathering and solution design workshops with stakeholders. Oversee system testing, user training, and change management activities. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior leadership. 🧩 Required Skills & Competencies Proven experience managing ERP/CRM projects , preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Customer Engagement . Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps). 🎓 Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Project Manager or Functional Consultant Associate . PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification. Experience with cloud-based integrations (Azure, Power Platform). Background in finance, supply chain, or IT transformation projects.
