Key Responsibilities Lead and guide a DevOps Feature Team to deliver high-quality software solutions. Oversee the full SDLC from requirements to deployment and operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and resolve issues. Drive continuous improvement and adopt AI tools for efficiency. Ensure security, compliance , and system availability. Essential Skills Advanced proficiency in Java, .NET, C# . Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies . Extensive experience in database design , cloud architecture , and version control (GitHub) . Excellent team leadership , problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage complex integrations and represent industry best practices . Advantageous Experience with DevOps tools , Docker/Kubernetes , and microservices architecture . Familiarity with React/Angular , CI/CD pipelines , and IT security best practices . Knowledge of ITIL processes , BI tools , and API development . Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT . 10 years building mission-critical systems. 7 years in senior leadership roles.
