Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide professional administrative and personal support to our management team. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role involves a combination of administrative, organizational, and property-related tasks, requiring excellent communication skills, strong initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A driver’s license is essential, and previous property or real estate experience would be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and personal support to management. Manage diaries and schedule meetings. Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document preparation. Assist with property-related tasks such as inspections, maintenance coordination, and record-keeping. Liaise with clients, tenants, contractors, and suppliers in a professional manner. Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure confidentiality at all times. Carry out errands and tasks that may require driving between locations.
