Durban: Regional Sales Manager

What Youll Do: Lead and direct the regional sales and business development strategy. Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and expansion. Develop and execute sales forecasts, budgets, and expenditure plans. Identify and secure new business opportunities across key sectors. Manage and mentor the sales and administration teams to exceed targets. Analyse performance trends and implement corrective actions where needed. Build and maintain long-term client partnerships through trust and exceptional service delivery. Ensure compliance with all contractual, legal, and company standards. What Youll Bring: Matric (NQF 4) essential; Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (NQF 7) preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in a Sales Management role within a medium to large organisation. Strong exposure to hospitality, service, or FMCG-related industries. Sound understanding of: Supply and demand chain management Textiles, laundry processes, and client service delivery Financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting Legal and compliance frameworks (OHSA, BCEA, LRA) Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
