Position Overview

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to all guests and ensuring the smooth running of front office operations. The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

• Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times.

• Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries efficiently.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling and data entry.

• Communicate effectively with internal departments to support smooth daily operations.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure all required documentation is properly managed.

• Uphold company standards of service and guest care at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within a luxury environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.

• Well-presented, professional and confident when interacting with guests.

• Proficient in basic computer programmes and administrative systems.

• Ability to work independently and handle tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Reliable, punctual and able to work the required shift pattern of 6h3014h30.

• Available to commit to a 3-month contract.

Package

• Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience.

• Schedule: 6 days on, 2 days off (06h3014h30).

• Contract: 3-month fixed term.

Requirements:

• Previous reception/front office experience in a hospitality or luxury environment preferred

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Strong administrative and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant reservation systems

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

• Flexible and reliable with a team-oriented approach

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
