About the Role
Hire Resolve is a reputable recruitment agency specializing in placing top finance and administration professionals. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Financial and Administration Lead to join our dynamic team in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all financial aspects of the organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships
- Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process
- Manage the administrative functions of the office, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing correspondence
- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial and administrative processes
- Supervise and mentor finance and administrative staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in financial management and administration
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and management abilities
