Minimum Requirements:

• 34 years previous experience as a Head Chef in a 4/5-star environment

• Proven track record supported by a food portfolio

• Strong knowledge and experience in both pastry and hot kitchen sections

• Formal food hygiene or professional cooking qualifications

• In-depth understanding of dietary and religious food requirements

• Previous experience in stock control, budgeting, and ordering processes

• Passion for culinary excellence and continuous personal development

• Flexible, hard-working team player with strong leadership skills

• Guest-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all kitchen operations and staff

• Ensure the preparation and presentation of food meets the highest standards

• Train and develop kitchen team members to maintain consistent quality and efficiency

• Effectively manage stock control and month-end reporting procedures

• Maintain high levels of hygiene and food safety across all areas
