What You Bring | Experience: A strong technical background (network experience beneficial) Excellent organisation, scheduling, and time management skills Advanced Excel ability (formulas, filtering, calculations) Ability to stay calm and productive under pressure A solutions-driven, “think-ahead” approach Reliability, loyalty, and strong attention to detail Knowledge of MPS environments is beneficial Key Responsibilities: MPS Monitor & Print Fleet Oversight Manage and maintain MPS Monitor and other print monitoring tools Generate, analyse, and act on system reports Ensure print fleet devices are monitored accurately and optimised Technical & Operational Coordination Log, plan, schedule, and coordinate installations and service calls Coordinate engineers calendars and track job cards Follow up on open tickets and order parts where needed Keep SLA customers informed and updated Administration & Customer Support Handle warranty claims (Lexmark & HP) Assist with quotes, invoicing, and billing (CPC & SLA) Track and manage consumable levels across multiple platforms Compare supplier pricing and ensure cost control Assist with escalations, costings, reinstatements, and contract admin Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers If youre excited about stepping into a newly created role with room to grow, define processes, and work on both technical and co-ordination tasks, wed love to hear from you.
