Admin & Accounts Officer High-End Restaurant Cape Town An exclusive high-end restaurant in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Admin & Accounts Officer to manage the daily administrative, accounting, and financial operations of the business. This role suits a detail-oriented, organized professional with strong bookkeeping skills and hospitality experience. Salary: R15,000 R20,000 per month (depending on experience) Start Date: ASAP Description: Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile daily cash-ups. Manage supplier invoices, petty cash, and payments. Support payroll, reporting, and monthly management accounts. Oversee office administration, contracts, and compliance documents. Assist with HR, procurement, and stock control. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 23 years experience in accounting or admin (hospitality/retail preferred). Proficiency in Pastel, Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks. Strong Excel and reporting skills, attention to detail, and time management. Knowledge of POS systems, VAT, and PAYE compliance is advantageous.
