Job Overview
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and experienced Camp Manager to join a luxury safari camp located in the Kalahari. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full operational management of the camp, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient day-to-day functioning. This is a live-in position with a salary negotiable depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Overseeing all daily camp operations
Managing guest relations and ensuring high service standards
Leading, training, and supporting camp staff
Handling lodge administration, stock control, and reporting
Managing maintenance schedules and ensuring camp facilities are well maintained
Coordinating with external suppliers and service providers
Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld throughout the camp

Package
