Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the full accounts payable function end-to-end
– Manage supplier reconciliations & payment cycles
– Ensure timely invoice processing, approvals & query resolution
– Implement controls to prevent duplicate/incorrect payments
– Lead, mentor & upskill the AP team
– Drive process improvement & automation where possible

Skills & Requirements:
– Diploma/BCom in Accounting/Finance preferred
– 5+ years AP experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
– Strong Excel & ERP system exposure
– High attention to detail with a solutions-driven mindset
– Excellent communication & stakeholder management ability
